Roshan founded DCG following 12 years of corporate finance, banking, real estate, and private investing experience at various institutions, including Wells Fargo and White Oak Global Advisors. Throughout his career, Roshan has underwritten transactions and managed portfolios exceeding $20B of bank debt and private investments across various industries and asset types. Prior to and through DCG, Roshan has maintained a successful track record of acquiring, managing, renovating, and exiting multifamily real estate investments. Roshan holds degrees in Economics-Mathematics and Philosophy from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
